Key skills:

Capable of working independently, and possessing excellent communication skills. Familiar with HPLC , mass spectrometer and automated peptide synthesizers.

    This position requires:

    B.Sc/Master degree in chemistry with >5 years experience in peptide synthesis. Hands on experience with HPLC, Mass spectrometer preferred.
    Knowledge or experience in peptide purification a plus. Chinese language ability is a plus

    2009GH02 >> Shipping Associate (openings: 1 position)
    We are looking for a detailed oriented and high energy shipping professional in the peptide industry.

    Key skills:

    Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills required. Must be a self starter, work well without supervision, and accept responsibility

      This position requires:

      * BS degree in a relevant scientific discipline and 2~3 years experience in shipping for established peptide company or related experience
      * Strong attention to detail
      * Must be professional, have integrity, creativity, and have the ability to think and plan ahead
      * Must be a team player and have the ability to mentor and motivate others
      * Good typing and PC skills
      * Must possess good judgment and show initiative

      Responsibilities:

      * Organize daily shipments; domestic and international
      * Weigh peptides on micro balance, labeling, packaging, invoicing, and final inspection
      * Inventory control and management
      * Ongoing communications with Quality Control, Customer Service, and Sales groups
      * Communicate with customers regarding shipment tracking information
      * Organize all shipping supplies

      This position is based in our Sunnyvale, CA facility.
